Re=Universal + Ki=Life force energy. Like Chi (Tai Chi, Qi Gong) and Prana (yogic traditions) it is the pure energy that animates all living things.  

We all have a life force energy flowing through us.  When our energy is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy, embodying and radiating a sense of well being. When our life force energy is low or out of balance, we are more likely to feel stressed, stuck or to get sick. 

During this Session,  I serve as a conduit for Reiki  to flow through me to balance your energies so your body and mind can return to their natural state of health and wellbeing. If in person, you are fully clothed and my hands are either above you at different points of your body, or gently placed on you, whatever you are comfortable with. For remote sessions, you will lie down somewhere comfortable while we wrok together. Reiki realigns, harmonizes and, balances your chakras and clears any blockages that may be present. Reiki dissolves stagnation physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically,  leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and restored.

The benefits of Reiki during end of life care can comfort a patient and their family, helping with anxiety, fear, depression, overwhelm and pain; mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Patients who receive Reiki often gain a temporary sense of rest and relief from any distress they may be experiencing.
